Missived
Enterprise

Everything in Business, with room to grow and an agreement around it.

For large organisations and ones with rules to meet: Stages for the whole company, your audit trail in your own tools, the paperwork your security team asks for, and people who answer when you call. Hosted, with a dedicated server instance: your own Missived servers, run and updated by us. $20 per user a month, or $16.00 billed yearly, from 50 users. Talk to us to set it up.

Plainly: single sign-on supports OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0; SCIM provisioning is Coming soon, and our data processing addendum is with our lawyer. Everything under “Available now” works today.

Your own Missived servers

Enterprise

Each Enterprise workspace runs on its own instance of Missived: servers and a database that no other customer shares, on the same release as the hosted service, run, watched and updated by us.

  • We watch it like our own with the Platform Console: capacity readings, upgrades a person approves before anything is ordered, and a notice before maintenance.
  • Set up with you, by hand. There's no button for this yet, so it starts with a conversation; it runs in the US today.
  • The same app your people would use anywhere else: web, desktop and phone.
The Platform Console's Capacity tab with made-up readings: near capacity, an upgrade recommended for the media server after 52 minutes at 78 percent, a proposal to move from 8 to 12 vCores with a quote and Approve and Decline buttons, and a monthly spend cap. Sign in through your identity provider

Business and Enterprise

OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0, with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Keycloak, ADFS or any other provider that speaks either.

  • Verified domains by DNS record, and accounts made on first sign-in for people on them, if you choose.
  • Require it for members on your domains; their other sessions end and they're told by email. Owners keep a way in so nobody is locked out.
  • A test sign-in before it's switched on, and again whenever the provider changes.
  • SCIM provisioning (people added and removed from your directory) is in development.
The real Missived app: Org Settings, Single sign-on, with a SAML 2.0 identity provider named Okta: the entity ID, reply URL and metadata URL to copy into the provider, the provider's signing certificate and when it expires, and a note to run a test sign-in before switching it on. People who answer

A named rep, and a space to talk with us

Your account rep

  • A person at Missived, named in Org Settings → Your Missived contact, who welcomes you, helps you get set up, checks in and answers by email.
  • They see counts and names, never your messages, files or channel names. An address or a bug report opens only after they confirm it's them, and is recorded.
  • Every look is in your audit log, marked Missived, and Owners can ask the rep to stop getting in touch.
  • Priority support and onboarding are set out in your agreement.

A support space

  • A shared category between your workspace and ours, for you and your rep to talk in, with your people and ours each on their own side.
  • It starts only when your Owners accept it, and either side can end it.
  • It's deleted two years after it ends, and you're told when it goes.
Your records

The audit trail, your data, and the keys

  • Audit log

Who changed what in the workspace, in Org Settings, kept for a year.

  • Audit log streaming

Signed deliveries to your own tools as things happen, or pull the events over the API in OCSF. Ten destinations on Business; ask if you need more.

  • Encryption at rest, with key rotation

Each workspace's messages are sealed with its own key, which Owners rotate in Org Settings; files are encrypted before they reach storage. Your own key management (BYOK) isn't offered.

  • Workspace export

Owners download the whole workspace as a zip at any time: channels, files, Tables, members. Anyone can download their own data.

  • Retention

Old audit records, sessions and logs are deleted on a published schedule. Your own retention rules for messages and files are in development.

  • Admin controls

Choose which apps and assistants may connect, switch off features you don't use, and decide who may manage integrations.

Room for everyone

Stages and meetings sized with you

Business holds 300 in voice at once and 50 in one meeting. On Enterprise we set both for your agreement, so the all-hands fits.

  • Stages: hosts and invited speakers talk, everyone else listens and raises a hand. Schedule one with reminders and questions people vote up.
  • Meetings with outside guests who join from a link with no account, through a lobby you control.
  • Call recording, with copies to your own Google Drive or OneDrive.
Look before you sign

What you can check today

  • Status and live checks

An outside monitor checks the service every minute. Current service notices appear alongside the live checks.

  • Security

How your data travels, what's encrypted today, what we can and can't see, and where it runs.

  • Compliance

Where we stand on SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI, and what our infrastructure providers are certified for.

  • Privacy promise

We never sell or share your data, and every company that touches it is listed.

  • Terms and acceptable use

The agreement every workspace is on today.

Plainly: a data processing addendum is drafted and with our lawyer, and you can sign it once that review is done. We don't have a SOC 2 report or a written uptime commitment yet; our compliance page says where we stand and what we're working towards. Send us your security questionnaire and we'll answer it.

In short

What works today, and what's still being built

Business keeps Stages and everything else exactly as it is. Enterprise adds these on top.

Available now

  • Bigger Stages and meetings, set for your agreement.
  • Single sign-on over OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0, with enforcement (also on Business).
  • Audit log streaming and the OCSF pull API.
  • A named account rep, a support space, priority support and onboarding.
  • Invoicing.
Coming soon
  • SCIM provisioning: people added and removed from your directory.

We'll say these are ready only when they are.

Talk to us

Tell us what you need

Ask about hosted Enterprise — $20 per user a month from 50 users — and a dedicated server instance run by us. A person who runs Missived reads every message and answers by email.

What you send stays on our own servers: no form service, no mailing list, never shared, deleted after a year. Rather email? [email protected].

Questions

What people ask about Enterprise

Is Enterprise a different app?

No. It's the same Missived, hosted by us and priced per user, with everything in Business plus larger limits and an agreement. Your dedicated server instance runs on your own Missived servers, which we run and update.

When will SCIM provisioning be ready?

It's in development, and we won't say it works until it does. Tell us which directory you use when you contact us. Until then, single sign-on can make accounts for people on your verified domains the first time they sign in, and you remove people in Org Settings.

Does Business lose anything?

No. Business keeps everything it has today, Stages included. Enterprise only adds room and an agreement on top.

Is Enterprise the self-hosted edition?

Enterprise is hosted by us and priced per user, including a dedicated server instance that we run and update. To run Missived yourself, see the separate open-source self-hosted edition.

What happens to what I type in this form?

It's stored on our own servers so we can answer you, read only by the people who run Missived, and deleted after a year (or sooner, when you ask). We don't add you to a mailing list or pass it to anyone.
