What Ministry adds

What a church runs on, and the other plans don't have

These come with Ministry, and with Business, which has everything. Each picture is the real app, in a demo church with made-up people.

Prayer requests that get followed up

Ministry

A prayer channel gets a board beside its chat: requests people post, the prayers behind them, and what happened next.

  • Anyone can ask, anonymously if they like; their name never appears in follow-ups or emails.
  • “I prayed” counts who's praying, and when someone posts an update or marks a request answered, everyone who prayed hears.
  • A gentle nudge asks the person who asked for an update after the time you choose, and a daily digest collects new requests for those who want it.

Reading the Bible together

Ministry

A Bible study channel carries the verse of the day and your group's reading plan: front to back, chronological, or one book at your own pace.

  • Read today's passage in the app and tap to mark it done; your streak is yours.
  • The group sees how many kept up, today and this week, as a share, not a list of names.
  • Leaders see names only when an Owner allows it, and never a teenager's.

And everything Free has

  • Chat, threads and search

    Every plan

Channels for each ministry, DMs and group chats, threads and search across everything you can see.

  • Safe for your youth group

    Every plan

Everyone is 13 or older, and 13 to 17 year olds get teen-safe settings: no DMs from people outside your church's workspaces, no email shown, no 18+ channels. We ask for a birth month and year, not ID.

  • A word filter, on by default

    Every plan

Slurs and explicit words are always blocked, and swearing is too unless an Owner turns it off. It's a word list checked when a message is sent, not someone reading your chats.

  • Memory verses

    Every plan

Shared flash-card decks for a small group, with each person's own review schedule.

  • A help forum

    Every plan

Questions with titles and tags and an answer the asker marks. One forum on Free, 25 on Ministry.

  • Your name in each workspace

    Every plan

People choose the name the church sees. Nobody sees another person's email.

The next plan up

When the church office needs more: Business

What Business adds
  • Tables: spreadsheet-style grids with shared views, for inventories, rotas and budgets.
  • Meetings with outside guests who join from a link with no account, through a lobby you control.
  • Client portals, single sign-on and a named account rep.
  • More room: 300 in voice at once, 1 GB files, 20 dashboards, and 5 guest seats per paid user.
Why most churches stay
  • Ministry is one flat price for the whole congregation. Business is $10 per active user a month, so it suits a staff team more than a whole church.
  • Creator isn't the next step up: it's a sibling, made for streamers and gaming communities.

The plan

Ministry: one flat price for the congregation

Ministry is priced by the size of the whole church, not per person, so visitors and occasional volunteers never add to the bill.

  • Two months free when you pay yearly.
  • 5 guest seats (3 on Starter) for people outside the church you work with, like a partner ministry's coordinator.

Questions

What churches ask

Does everyone in the church count toward the price?

The price is set by the size band the whole workspace fits in, never per person. Volunteers, visitors and small-group members are all included.

Can we keep our Planning Center?

Yes. Connect it, and Services teams, people updates and your calendar show up in Missived. Planning Center stays where your records live.

Is prayer kept private?

A prayer channel is like any other channel: you choose who can see it. Someone can ask anonymously, and their name is never shown in follow-ups or emails.

Can we run our rotas in a spreadsheet-style Table?

Volunteer schedules and Shifts are on Ministry. Tables, the spreadsheet-style grids with shared views, are on Business.

Do you sell data or show ads?

No, and we never will. No ads, no trackers, no selling or sharing your data, and no AI training on what you write. Our privacy promise.
